In connection with relationships, Flux Foundation processes personal data such as name, address, email address, telephone number, organisation number, and other information necessary to administer the relationships with collaborators.

Personal data is stored for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for as long as deemed necessary to document historical information or to comply with legal obligations.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or by a legally binding request from public authorities.
4. Customer records
Flux Foundation maintains a register containing personal data including name, email address, and telephone number. The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of a contract, administration of relationships, and correct delivery of services. Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes or to comply with statutory retention requirements. Requests for access to or deletion from the register are handled in accordance with Section 10 below.

The data is processed for the purpose of handling enquiries and improving customer service and is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law. Requests for deletion are handled in accordance with Section 10 below.

10. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Section 18 of the Norwegian Personal Data Act, data subjects have the right to request access to personal data processed by Flux Foundation. Requests may be submitted by email to: petter.sorum@flux.foundation.
Data subjects may also request rectification or erasure of personal data in accordance with Section 27 of the Norwegian Personal Data Act, provided that statutory retention obligations do not prevent such deletion.

The Primary Contact of Flux Foundation is the data controller responsible for ensuring lawful processing of personal data, implementation of internal control measures, and compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Any deviations from applicable legal requirements shall be reported and remedied without undue delay.
