Flux at Work

Group of young people sitting in a circle, engaged in conversation indoors, with large windows showing snowy trees outside.

Primarily a catalytic partner

We:

  • support partners with proven or emerging competence in dialogue and youth engagement

  • support education, training and research in facilitation and dialogic practice

  • provide pilot funding and strategic support

  • engage in co-funding with private and public contributors

  • connect local initiatives with broader frameworks

Our aim is to strengthen what works, enable learning, and support long-term impact.
Over the past three decades, Flux has disbursed annual grants in the range of USD 300,000–400,000.

An invitation to dialogue

The challenges societies face today are complex, fragmented and unpredictable. Addressing them requires more than regulation or technical solutions – it requires the capacity to listen, share different perspectives, reflect, and act together. Flux Foundation works to strengthen that capacity.
